Transportation Services Rate Sheet

All rates are for round-trip service unless otherwise noted.

Ambulatory Transport

For passengers who can walk independently or with minimal assistance. No special equipment required.

Base Fare: $80 (up to 10 miles)
+ $3/mile beyond 10 miles

Wheelchair Transport

For passengers requiring a wheelchair-accessible vehicle and boarding assistance.

Base Fare: $125 (up to 10 miles)
+ $4/mile beyond 10 miles

Dialysis Transport

Transportation service tailored for dialysis patients requiring timely, reliable round trips.

  • $100 (Ambulatory)
  • $130 (Wheelchair)

Additional mileage charges apply for trips over 10 miles

Group Ride Discounts

Applies to group bookings or multiple passengers traveling together.

  • 10–15 passengers (6% off)
  • 16–20 passengers (8% off)
  • 21+ passengers (10% off)

Additional Fees & Charges

  • Waiting Time Policy

    1. Driver Waiting at Pickup:  

    If the driver has to wait at the pickup location beyond the scheduled pickup time, the first 5 minutes are free. After this free period:  

    • $20 for the first 15 minutes of additional waiting  
    • $75 per hour thereafter (billed pro-rata)

    2. Driver Asked to Stay and Wait for Return: 

    If the driver is requested to stay and wait for the client’s return, the first 5 minutes of waiting are free. After the free period:  

    • $20 for the first 15 minutes of additional waiting  
    • $75 per hour thereafter (billed pro-rata)



  • After-Hours / Weekend

    • Applies to rides scheduled outside regular business hours or on weekends.
    • +20% surcharge



  • Cancellation / No-Show

    • Applies to cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup or failure to show up.
    • Charged as a one-way trip

  • Long Distance Surcharge

    • Services provided outside of our regular service area or for long-distance trips will be determined and confirmed at the time of the request.
    • Final rates will be provided based on distance and specific service requirements.



  • Equipment Rental Fee

    • Rental fee for use of the Abejorro wheelchair ($20)
    • Rental fee for use of the Abejorro rollator or walker ($10)

Services Consideration

Ambulatory Transport

  • For passengers who can walk with or without a cane or walking stick.
  • No special equipment (e.g., walker, rollator, or wheelchair) is needed.

Wheelchair Transport

  • Requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV).
  • Drivers are trained to assist with boarding, securing, and safe transport.
  • Additional time may be needed for loading and unloading.

Payment & Billing

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, Zelle, ACH
  • Billing Terms: Payment due at time of service or by invoice (Net 15/30 days)
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by the night before pickup to avoid charges.
